Residence No. 01
A complete architectural transformation of a private villa in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The client sought a residence that felt considered from the first structural element to the last detail of joinery — a complete environment rather than a decorated interior.
Design Approach
KRIA approached this project as an architectural exercise first. The existing structure was assessed, reconfigured and rebuilt where necessary. New architectural volumes were introduced — a double-height entrance pavilion, a reorganised landscape and a pool court designed to bring reflected light into the living spaces.
