Residence No. 03
A complete transformation of an independent home in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project involved full civil works — structural reconfiguration, new facade treatment, complete MEP, followed by interior architecture and landscape design.
Design Approach
Beginning from the structure, KRIA redesigned the facade in limestone and architectural glass, added a new staircase as a sculptural centrepiece and reorganised the ground floor around an open living-dining-kitchen environment. The landscape was designed as an extension of the interior — with level changes, mature planting and a linear pool.
