We work exclusively on private residential commissions — architecture, renovation, and complete interior transformation — in India's most discerning cities.

Existing site survey, structural assessment and full documentation before any design begins.
We develop one considered direction — not three options. Precise, resolved and specific to you.
Full working drawings, material specification, engineering coordination and vendor selection.
We procure all materials, fixtures and furniture on your behalf. No mark-up surprises.
Site management, quality control and craft supervision throughout construction and fit-out.
Rigorous snagging and review before handover. We do not leave until the work meets our standard.
A complete residence — with full documentation, warranty schedules and ongoing support.
KRIA accepts commissions across ten cities — each project managed from our Hyderabad studio with dedicated site presence throughout.
KRIA was founded by Katike Baloji and Krishnaveni with a singular purpose: to build private residences of genuine architectural quality for discerning clients across India.
We are not a large practice. We do not accept more projects than we can personally oversee. Every commission receives the full attention of both founders — from the first conversation to the final handover.
Our work is private by nature. We do not publish projects without client permission. We do not enter awards. We do not seek press coverage. Our only measure of success is the quality of what we build.
We accept a limited number of commissions each year. If you are considering a significant residential project, we welcome an initial conversation.
